Lead a team of application administrators in supporting applications vital to the NSW democratic process About the Role The Team Lead, Elections Systems Support role will see you providing expert advice and leadership on a range of corporate applications and systems. You’ll also be responsible for leading a team who provide technical and operational support to the business. The position plays a role in project and event support and helps drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Temporary Full-time position up to 30 June 2027 with possibility to extend. Based at our Sydney CBD office with a hybrid work arrangement minimum 2 days in the office. Some after hours or weekend work may be required during peak operations. Proven experience supporting a range of applications, such as JIRA, Confluence, ManageEngine Help Desk, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, Adobe InDesign, Zoho and Document Management Systems. ITIL V3 or V4 certification or equivalent experience in IT Service Management practices. Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders and translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language. Experience in leading and managing a small L2/L3 support team.
