About The Role We're looking for a Team Lead in our Employee Benefits and Retirement Practice to champion service quality, support team development, and uphold our commitment to exceptional client experience. What You’ll Do Team Leadership: Lead and develop operational staff, establish performance expectations, and conduct regular evaluations. Strategic Planning & Implementation: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability, aligning with overall company objectives. Client Service Oversight: Ensure the delivery of exceptional client service, manage client relationships, and act as a point of escalation for client concerns. Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance industry, or proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within operations.
