This is a pivotal role that will oversee a group of Instructional Designers and manage a diverse portfolio of training projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for adult learning, a strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, and proven leadership skills. You will play a key role in shaping our enterprise-wide learning strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, engaging, and effective training solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in instructional design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse learning solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role, managing instructional designers or learning professionals.
  • Proven expertise in applying adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and learning technologies (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Creative Cloud Suites, Synthesia, etc).
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex training projects from concept to completion, including scope definition, resource allocation, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong proficiency with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strategic thinking with a strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
    The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $95,000-115,000.
    The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
