JOB REQUIRMENTS FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

• Technical qualification (minimum) in Environmental Science or related field is required
• 3+ years experience in environmental compliance, monitoring, and reporting
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and audit processes
• Previous Leadership experience is an asset. Ability to lead a small technical team
• Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Your Work Environment

• Location: Mine site-based role with periodic travel to regulatory meetings. The role includes both office-based work and field-based environmental inspections within an active mining operation.
• Work Schedule: Rotational shift schedule with a mix of fieldwork and site-based office work. 2-weeks on, 2-weeks off rotating schedule
• Collaboration: Work closely with Site Operations, Health& Safety, and external regulators to achieve compliance goals.

The expected salary range for this role is CA$103,300 - $137,700/year with additional Travel Allowance and 15% Short term incentive target . This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. • Support and participate in environmental audits and inspections
