The main duties of this role will cover the following main functions and responsibilities: -
Within a team basis, this new position will provide Team Leader support for all project-based production requirements at the Letterkenny site, pertaining to build process of pre-modular units and or associated products.
Reporting to and fully supporting the Letterkenny Production Manager.

The role will encompass the following duties:

• Daily leadership and guidance of production team/s.
• Driving and maintaining overall Site to be equitable to Company standards and expectations in line with Letterkenny facility to be applied for Vertiv employees and contractors.
• Achieve production schedule timeframes & ensure customer deadlines are met.
• Organise manpower, material and other resources to achieve targets.
• Duties will include coordination of external subcontractors, coordination of works for production staff and preparing product for dispatch and logistics.
• Must be able to deliver Toolbox Talks and H&S guidance.
• Create a positive self –motivated atmosphere in a team environment.
• Assist with first line management duties in line with company procedures.
• Applicant must be proficient in setting out, tracking & timing work in coordination with the production and engineering team.
• Applicants must have at least 4 years’ experience in a Fabrication/Welding background and be familiar with Tekla software package.
• Applicants must be familiar with the EN1090 Standard.
• Preferably, candidate will have experience in both industrial and commercial background.
