You don’t just want to plan – you want to take action and make an impact? In this role, you will lead a team of three field representatives who regularly visit selected consumer electronics stores to strengthen brand presence and product knowledge directly on the sales floor. At the same time, you will stay hands-on by conducting store visits yourself, ensuring practical team guidance, deep market insights, and visible impact in the field. Additionally, you will develop training materials, oversee in-store trainings, and prepare structured reports on visit and performance data.

• Professional leadership and continuous development of a three-person field sales team
• Planning and coordination of your own store visits, accompanying your team during their visits, and ensuring quality standards across all assigned markets
• Creating, maintaining, and distributing training materials and briefings based on central guidelines
• Conducting in-store product trainings, as well as onboarding sessions and feedback meetings with your team members
• Preparing bi-weekly reports for the project team, including KPIs, observations, market feedback, and photo documentation
• Acting as an interface between project management, back office, and the client to align on plans, targets, and measures
• Supporting the further development of the program based on your daily field experience
