We’re looking for a Field Sales Team Lead in Montpellier or Toulouse to lead a high-performing team, grow market presence, and advance fast into a Territory Manager role. What you’ll do: Lead, coach, and develop your field sales team (CDI) to hit targets and grow their careers. Acquire new merchants in your region by selling SumUp POS and card readers face-to-face. Provide feedback from the field to optimize our strategy and test ideas that drive results. Identify market opportunities and expand our footprint. You’re a great fit if: Proven experience in field sales, ideally POS, payments, tech, or telecom. Experience managing a team of sales reps (CDI). Fluent in French and English. Highly motivated, results-driven, and love closing deals. Know your local market — or are ready to master it quickly. Bonus: Experience in fintech, SaaS, or merchant tech.
