JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role involves both looking after your own team of Regional Managers to help drive performance and productivity as well as supporting clients in your designated regional with a range of technical issues. This can be as simple as replacing a piece of broken hardware, but will include a wide variety of software and hardware related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical leaning. We will provide full training; but a baseline of technical knowledge and interest is required. The hours of work are generally unsociable as they mirror takeaway opening hours. We will aim to reduce un-sociability as much as possible and balance this with time off during peak ‘social hours’ on a rota basis. We are looking for people who are personable, confident, ambitious to grow with the Company, and willing to learn and work hard.

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE RESTRICTED TO:

  • To monitor and supervise the day to day operations of your Regional Support team
  • The basic day-to-day tasks currently performed as a Regional Manager
  • Managing the performance, dealing with escalations, and supporting your team
  • Adhoc projects from Senior Management
  • Field Accompaniments with your team members
  • Deeper understanding of your territory and your team’s territory
  • Weekly and Monthly meetings with the Senior Team as well as your own team
  • Monthly 1 on 1 Review with your team
  • Being the voice of your team in all field support related matters
  • To motivate and support your team to achieve company goals and targets.
