As Team Lead Financial Administration , you manage a team of 3 to 4 financial administrative employees and are responsible for managing the financial administration, guiding your team, and handling monthly closings, reporting, and financial advice. You work closely with other departments and ensure that all processes comply with laws and regulations.

What are you going to do?

Leading the team. You manage a team of 3 to 4 financial administrative employees and are responsible for coaching, guidance, and development.

Monthly closing, reporting, and financial control. You ensure a timely and correct monthly closing, provide input for reports and VAT returns, and monitor the quality, completeness, and reliability of the financial administration.

Financial advice and business partnering. You advise management and the Board of Directors, both proactively and reactively, translate financial insights into actions, and support decision-making and performance improvement.

Professionalization, process optimization, and internal control. You professionalize the Finance organization by improving processes, resolving bottlenecks, and further strengthening the internal control system, internal control, and ownership.

Change, digitalization, and innovation. You take the lead in change processes and leverage technology such as ERP systems, AI, Power BI, and automation to make Finance smarter, more efficient, and future-proof. In doing so, you challenge existing working methods and initiate innovative solutions.

Annual financial statement audit and collaboration. You manage the annual financial statement process, act as the point of contact for the external auditor, and work closely with regional controllers, staff departments, and other stakeholders to achieve results.

You have experience in a financial role, at least 3 years in a leadership position. You are sharp, organized, and know how to streamline processes. • University or higher professional education in a financial field (e.g., Finance & Control).
• Excellent command of Dutch, with English as a plus.
• You are experienced in coaching, developing, and managing team members, and guiding their professional growth.
• You take ownership, work in a structured manner, and set priorities independently.
