About the role

You ensure the availability and quality of the existing fleet and thus make a significant contribution to the FlixTrain customer experience: 

• Control and management of vehicle fleet maintenance 
• Main contact person / single point of contact for ECM, internal company interfaces and partner companies 
• Continuous monitoring of maintenance quality and performance 
• Identification and quantification of weaknesses and optimization potential 
• Derivation and prioritization of measures to improve fleet availability, support and promotion of the implementation of measures 
• Support in drafting and negotiating adjustments to maintenance specifications and contracts 

About you 

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a manager in the operational area of ​​rail transport, preferably in fleet management or maintenance. 
• Strong business sense and a passion for creating sustainable improvements 
• Solution-oriented approach, assertiveness, and negotiation skills 
• Analytical thinking and willingness to learn about technical topics 
• Hands-on mentality, high sense of responsibility and structured work style
