The Team Lead for Night Operations is a hands-on role: majority of the work happens in carwashes around the city - part of your work is training new Foxes to provide car washing services and also rolling up your sleeves to wash cars if necessary. You will be reporting to the Regional Manager of Germany. This position is responsible for being the team lead for our service providers (Foxes), achieving service quality targets and weekly order volumes targets, handling equipment and ensuring our clients’ fleets are always ready for the next user.
