Job Posting: Warehouse Lead Hand – Brampton (First Gulf & Steeles Area)
Fuze HR is currently seeking a Warehouse Lead Hand to join a busy distribution center located in Brampton (First Gulf Blvd & Steeles Ave area). This is an exciting opportunity with a leading 3PL provider that specializes in warehousing, logistics, and distribution for well-known brands in consumer goods and retail.
The client is a fast-paced operation where teamwork, safety, and efficiency are top priorities. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, with immediate start available.
Position: Warehouse Lead Hand
Location: Brampton – First Gulf Blvd & Steeles Ave E

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• 2–5 years of warehouse experience, including at least 1–2 years in a Team Lead role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and best practices.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety and Transportation of Dangerous Goods.
• Experience in a 3PL environment is a strong asset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Must be eligible to work full-time in Canada.
• If on a work permit, must have at least 3 years remaining.
• Forklift license (Reach, Counterbalance, Walkie, Order Picker) is an asset, not required.
