We are seeking a Team Lead to supervise teams, coordinate design reviews, and deliver high‑quality project outcomes. This role is suited to a professional with a background in Civil/Structural Engineering or Renewable Energy (Electrical), depending on project needs. Key responsibilities * Lead day‑to‑day supervision and coaching of team members in line with GHD’s values and strategy * Partner with the Business Group Leader to manage workload, resource allocation, and support work‑winning activities * Drive technical delivery excellence and ensure project and client outcomes are met * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry networks, and internal stakeholders * Support team members across the employment lifecycle, including onboarding, performance planning, and development * Promote a safe and inclusive working environment aligned with GHD’s HSE and Quality frameworks Skills & experience * Proven leadership and project management experience * Strong technical capability with the ability to mentor and guide others * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills * Ability to influence, collaborate, and drive accountability within diverse teams * Client‑focused mindset with agility in delivering practical solutions * Relevant professional qualifications and accreditation aligned to your discipline Ready to make an impact?
