Job Title Team Lead Global HR Reporting & Data Quality Job Description Job title: Global People Reporting & Data Quality Team Lead Your role: As Team Lead for the Global People Reporting & Data Quality you will be managing a team of professional People Reporting specialists and will ensure valuable people insights are delivered towards global stakeholders across Philips. The role requires great people leader skills, stakeholder & influencing skills and advanced Workday Reporting skills As Global People Reporting & Data Quality team Lead you will: Lead a team of People reporting experts Own and Setup People reporting strategy Conduct data analyses and reporting through available People systems to better inform, track, and improve People planning and decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to determine impactful measures to inform, deliver and implement solid People Reporting capabilities Contribute to strategic projects to strengthen People insights and considerations. Co-Determine roadmap for People analytics products and services Determine and continuously improve best practices in People Reporting, with a critical focus on Core HR Data (Workday) and Learning (CSOD). Design and implement KPI frameworks in line with the People business process framework on strategic, tactical and operational level Design and deliver clear frequent workforce reports, insights, analysis and presentations to relevant stakeholders, either pro-actively or based on request Providing direction and coaching in usage of People Reporting and Data Quality Take accountability for People data quality, accuracy and timeliness Manage demand for People Reporting insights while balancing delivery through self-service versus ad hoc. Spot data trends that will help us increase overall performance- initiate and drive improvements Share your knowledge and experience with the People Intelligence team Delivering pro-active data-based recommendations to various technical and business issues How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
