ABOUT THE TEAM LEAD

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Team Lead to lead and contribute directly to our ISV (Independent Software Vendor) engagement efforts. This hybrid role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on execution, ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and tactical delivery.
As a Player-Coach, you will manage a small tea m while also owning key ISV relationships, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, and ensuring successful outcomes for Google Cloud and ISV enablement.
Location: Hybrid (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) - Dublin 18

Responsibilities
  • Mentor and guide a team of BDRs that support Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) .
  • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a high-performance culture.
  • L ead by example— demonstrate best practices in partner engagement, pipeline development, and execution.
  • Help refine the program structure and operational processes.
  • Sourc e opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound programs. Understanding customer needs and requirements .
  • Rout e qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Own the value proposition, collaborating with Google and partners on sales opportunities.
  • Enable Google, and partners on value proposition and sales tools to help them identify , qualify, win opportunities and maximize profits.
  • Collaborating with marketing and business development teams to help increase product awareness and demand.
  • Provide joint product and program expertise and engage key people and teams for general and escalation inquiries.
  • Help the account teams understand what is working, feature gaps, and guide them on alternative approaches and potential solutions that work today provided by Google, and / or partners.
  • Maintain an understanding & knowledge of how to position against competitive products.
