Team Lead, Group Controlling and Accounting
Your role
In this position, you will join a growing team of five finance professionals and report directly to our Director, Group Finance.
As Team Lead, Group Controlling and Accounting, you will have the chance to support the finance function in both hands-on and strategic responsibilities. You’ll be managing monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes, group controlling processes and collaborating with different internal and external stakeholders. We also hope that you are eager to take part in different development projects to enhance our tools and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Group Accounting & Consolidation: Managing the monthly and quarterly consolidation process, ensuring accurate and timely group-level reporting
Subsidiary Oversight: Oversee accounting for individual entities and coordinate with external service providers, including accounting firms in countries such as India and France, who handle local statutory reporting
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of two accountants, providing support in daily activities and fostering professional growth
Audit Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact with auditors, facilitating smooth and efficient audit processes
Process & Systems Development: Active participating in continuous improvement of accounting processes system upgrades, including an upcoming ERP transition that involves a comprehensive review of group accounting processes
