In this exciting and dynamic role the Team Lead Risk & Regulatory Compliance will foster a high-performance, agile culture focused on reliable execution combined with strong communication and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities will include; Enterprise Risk Management Regulatory Compliance & Sustainability Reporting Internal Audit & JSOX Crisis Management & Business Continuity Insurance & Claims Management Governance, Reporting & Culture About you 10+ years' experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, governance or related assurance functions. Demonstrated experience leading enterprise risk, regulatory compliance and assurance programs within a complex organisation. Experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams Experience building trusted relationships and effectively influencing executives, senior leaders and business teams. Qualifications (preferred) Degree in Business, Commerce, Law, Risk Management or a related discipline. Professional qualification such as CA, CPA or equivalent. Please apply now!
