Function specific roles and responsibilities: Overseeing agents following protocols for pulling and entering products from the product spreadsheet into the system Training and guiding team members on order entry procedures, system use, and workflow management. Monitoring productivity, accuracy, and adherence to standards within the team; provide constructive feedback and coaching. Resolving escalated issues or discrepancies in the order entry process, ensuring all orders meet compliance and quality standards. Collaborating with other departments to address challenges and improve order management processes. At least 1 year BPO experience handling any healthcare campaign At least 6 months Team lead / Supervisory experience Proficient in using MS Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written English skills Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati Amenable working night shift What can we offer you?
