As Team Lead HR Business Partner (all genders), you will lead a team of HR Business Partners with diverse areas of expertise, both professionally and in terms of personnel management. Become part of our team and take on exciting, varied, and challenging tasks, helping us further develop HR practices at Exxeta. Our team meets 2 to 3 times a week in person at our office in Karlsruhe – centrally located near the main train station. We are happy to find the perfect solution for your personal work-life balance within a hybrid work model – both full-time and part-time (from 30 hours/week).

What awaits you?

• You are professionally and disciplinarily responsible for a team of 8 HR Business Partners at different locations.
• You are a competent contact person for our employees, managers, and internal co-determination bodies & stakeholders - you are characterized by a high service orientation and you maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
• Together with your employees, you ensure a smooth workflow in the daily business of various HR topics, including payroll, target models, etc. 
• With a strong focus on goals, you develop pragmatic solutions which you contribute as an idea generator. 
• With input from the specialists in your team, you are responsible for various internal reports and provide different stakeholders with analyses. 
• You are a competent contact person for tax and social security audits as well as for external auditors.
• You actively participate in change processes and contribute your experience and ideas.

What do we expect from you?

• Personal background: Completed studies and professional experience in the relevant HR areas.
• Leadership skills: Strong leadership and coordination skills as well as several years of experience in team leadership (ideally also remote) and in trusting & constructive cooperation with internal co-determination bodies.
• Technical skills: Ideally, in-depth knowledge of HR systems such as SAP, Rexx or Datev.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills combined with strong networking and cooperation skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills that help to communicate effectively with different management levels and to continuously motivate team members.
• AI understanding: You have experience in the productive use of modern AI tools to support your daily work.
