Delivering measurable results Job Description Team Lead to manage Accounts Payable (AP) operations, support on reporting, ensure audit completion, provide inputs to Offshore team for reporting & stakeholder management Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management Distribute workload effectively to optimize productivity, minimize overtime and achieve Project financial targets Build a collaborative, engaged, and high-performing team culture. Manage conflicts constructively and foster employee growth and motivation. Encourage team to participate in meetings timely Operational Excellence Individual role - Perform Europe activities assigned by ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Ensure prompt resolution of supplier and Brooks queries; maintain daily query tracker (cut-off: 6PM Sofia Time). Conduct daily quality audits under the QC framework; update audit tracker by 6PM. Drive error-free processing of non-PO invoices (current focus area). Maintain daily production tracker for reporting (cut-off: 6PM). Follow training procedure on any additional activities trained by Client. Latest updated SOPs must be available for all processes Accommodate any ad-hoc operational, reporting and compliance requirements Reporting & Compliance Provide daily operational updates to leadership in a simple email (cut-off: 5PM). Support offshore reporting teams with accurate input Ensure strict compliance with company policies, internal controls, and all regulatory requirements, while consistently adapting to and promoting the Sutherland way of working Facilitate audit completion with timely documentation and tracker updates Ensure mandatory training requirements are completed on time Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Engagement Identify and implement process improvements and best practices. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure smooth collaboration.
