Description

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale a high-performing inside sales team from the ground up for a new product we are launching. This team will be responsible for selling our offering to our existing client base - salon owners - helping them unlock new value and opportunities. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, enjoys building processes from scratch, and can balance operational execution with strategic thinking.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in inside sales leadership, ideally in a high-growth startup or fast-scaling business.
  • Track record of building and scaling an inside sales team.
  • Strong leadership skills - able to coach, inspire, and get the best out of a team.
  • Hands-on & operational - willing to get involved in the day-to-day while also thinking strategically.
  • Analytical mindset - comfortable with data, metrics, and optimising processes for efficiency.
  • Experience in B2B sales (selling to SMEs or salon owners is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills (either DE or NL, and EN)
  • Extreme self-starter, a hands-on mentality with a passion for building and scaling this project to a new revenue driver for Salonkee
Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop an inside sales team to drive the adoption of our product among existing customers.
  • Set up scalable processes, tools (CRM, reporting, automation), and performance metrics.
  • Lead by example - rolling up your sleeves to refine scripts, jump on customer calls, and close deals yourself.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and optimise team efficiency.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to refine the go-to-market approach.
  • Define and implement the sales playbook, including messaging, outreach sequences, and objection handling.
  • Ensure a consultative sales approach that builds long-term relationships with salon owners.
