Job Details Job Location: TURNING POINT HOMES - CONCORD - CONCORD, NC 28025 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $62,000.00 - $72,800.00 Salary Job Shift: Variable Qualifications Intensive In-Home (IIH) Therapist – Concord, NC Turning Point Family Services is seeking a provisionally or fully licensed professional (LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT) to join our new Concord IIH team. For over 23 years, we’ve provided mental health services across Iredell, Cabarrus, and Mecklenburg counties. Our mission is to deliver compassionate care, inspire hope, and empower families. Position Summary Provide individual and family therapy Coordinate assessments and treatment planning Offer clinical expertise and direction for interventions Supervise IIH team members and monitor performance Requirements Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy Licensure: Fully or provisionally licensed in NC Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience with the population served Skills: Strong communication, empathy, ethical practice, and clinical expertise Travel: Home and community-based visits required; valid driver’s license and insurance Essential Duties Conduct therapy, assessments, and treatment planning Supervise IIH team members and facilitate weekly meetings Ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation Manage productivity and monitor overall team performance Benefits & Compensation Full Benefits Package Paid Time Off Retention Bonuses: $2,000 in Year 1, $3,000 annually thereafter Competitive Pay Structure: First 30 Days: Salary during training Provisionally Licensed: $120 per contact (minimum 10 contacts/week = $62,400 annually) Fully Licensed: $140 per contact (minimum 10 contacts/week = $72,800 annually) Equal Employment Opportunity Turning Point Homes, LLC is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
