We're seeking a strategic, people-focused Team Lead IT – App Development (m/f/d) for our offices in Leipzig or Berlin. You'll bring leadership experience, a strong product mindset, and sufficient technical background (e.g., previous roles as Developer, Technical Product Owner, or similar) to effectively guide, challenge, and support the team—without necessarily writing code yourself.
