YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • SAP and project management certifications are a plus.
  • Preferably some leadership development experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a global IT environment.
  • Strong know-how in global intercompany logistics, preferably in manufacturing; expertise in “forecast-to-plan,” “plan-to-produce,” and “source-to-pay” SAP processes.
  • Proficiency in business requirements analysis, cost-benefit assessments, and ensuring both functional and non-functional coverage.
  • Experience managing all project phases in waterfall and/or agile methodologies.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, delegation, and execution skills; leads by example and fosters a can-do mentality.
  • Excellent English skills (company language); additional languages are an advantage; strong intercultural and leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to build trust, act fairly, and respect others.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless Application Management Services for core ERP solutions (SAP ECC6 & SAP S/4), including interfaced solutions (e.g., Vendor Portal, Demand Planning, Customs & Compliance).
  • Lead an experienced global SAP team across PP, MM, LE, VC, WM, and QM modules.
  • Contribute to the SAP S/4 HANA implementation, with the Brownfield conversion program initiated in 2024.
  • Drive process engineering, roll-out, and release management activities.
  • Develop and manage a strategic project portfolio and roadmap.
  • Oversee successful project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
  • Manage business demand effectively, fostering strong IT-business alignment.
  • Own IT budgeting and spend management within the area of responsibility.
  • Conduct RfI/RfP management for product, service, and vendor evaluations.
  • Execute vendor management, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes (approx. 10%).
