About the Role As a Team Lead, you will set the standard for excellence by exemplifying Kiokii’s sales and customer service values, inspiring and guiding the team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our visitors. Including but not limited to… * Assisting the store management team in overseeing and coordinating daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows  * Providing clear direction, support, and training to store associates as needed * Maintaining store conditions to ensure they consistently meet company standards and adhering to Health and Safety regulations  * Supporting staffing efforts to align with business needs and operations as requested * Addressing customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues effectively and escalating matters to higher management when necessary * Driving sales performance by meeting store targets and key performance metrics What We're Looking For * Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred  * Passionate about the Asian beauty industry, dedicated to continuous learning, sharing expertise, and staying up to date with the latest products and trends to guide staff and enhance the customer experience * Skilled in effective communication and building strong interpersonal relationships  * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment * Knowledge of retail store operations, merchandising, and customer service standards Vacancy type: NEW Kiokii Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
