SUMMARY

The Liberal Party of Canada is seeking Team Lead, Fundraising Support to work with the Party’s National Office in Ottawa, joining a dedicated team of staff to support Mark Carney and our Liberal team’s work to keep Canada strong.
The Team Lead provides day-to-day support for Solutions Coordinators who work on customer service, data maintenance, outbound fundraising initiatives, and stewardship projects. The Team Lead also provides support to the entire Fundraising Department, helping provide support for their initiatives when necessary. Additionally, the Team Lead assigns tasks, offers training, monitors progress and relays inbound communication trends to ensure exemplary support on behalf of the Liberal Party of Canada.

Responsibilities
  • Prioritizing and reviewing outstanding work and assigning it to Solutions Coordinators
  • Building efficiencies in service delivery
  • Training staff on their regular duties, reviewing correspondence, and answering questions about inquiries or procedures
  • Providing support to other members of the Fundraising Department as required
  • Welcoming and leading outbound callers, creating phone banks, creating accounts, completing nightly reports
  • Liaise with Speaker’s Bureau for event needs, event postings, and communications
  • Liaise with our national events team for ticket sales, event lists, vetting, and event wrap-up.
  • Liaise with our Laurier Club team for event needs and stewardship
  • Liaise with our Volunteer Manager for nightly HQ volunteer priorities.
  • Assist our Field team with engagement projects as required
  • Assist the Director with scheduling and reviewing timesheets
  • Other duties as required
