Join us and be a part of DSV’s global family.   DSV Solutions  is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Team Lead, Logistics in Melbourne.  The Team Lead manages freight flow to and from the warehouse as well as invoicing, issuing credit returns, liaising with customers, transport providers (internal and external), stock control and supplier management. A Team Lead will supervise the day to day activities of our Contract Logistics team. Ensuring that workloads are allocated whilst providing authoritative advice and guidance to operators.   Your typical day at DSV: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring SLAs and service standards are met. Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, GxP, and safety standards. Coordinate pick-packing, labelling, inventory counts, and accurate data entry for customer orders. Support inbound/outbound logistics and maintain strong communication with internal teams and clients. Monitor KPIs, identify process improvements, and ensure timely invoicing and reporting. Ensure team training, induction, and compliance with DSV and customer policies. Participate in audits, manage CAPA processes, and support business continuity planning.   About you: Customer-focused and performance-driven, with a strong commitment to delivering reliable, cost-effective logistics solutions and exceeding KPIs. A collaborative team player with a problem - solving mindset;fosters cross-functional efficiency and, wher applicable, leads and supports others to achieve shared goals. At least 2 years relevant experience in a similar role or substantial administrative experience including an accounts function. Understanding of P&L, Customer accounts, OH&S Policies and legislative requirements in regard to warehouse operations and people management.
