At zvoove, we’re reimagining and modernizing one of our core applications that powers recruiting operations for hundreds of customers across Europe. We’re looking for a Team Lead (m/f/d) with a unique blend of technical excellence, product sense, and team leadership.
This is more than just a hands-on coding role. You’ll lead a cross-functional engineering team and play a key part in shaping the product roadmap—helping prioritize features, improve workflows, and ensure the stability and scalability of the platform.

• Lead and empower a skilled team of engineers, guiding them in architectural decisions, agile delivery, and continuous improvement
• Act as a bridge between product and engineering, helping shape feature direction and turning customer needs into actionable development plans
• Champion technical excellence, clean architecture, and long-term maintainability across the codebase
• Drive operational improvements through automation, CI/CD optimization, and best engineering practices
• Own delivery quality and work closely with QA to ensure a reliable and stable product experience
