Description:
YOU BRING ALONG:
- A successfully completed technical training, ideally in the field of mechanics, electronics or a comparable qualification or several years of relevant professional experience, further trainings as a technician or master craftsman is of advantage.
- Preferably you have several years of experience in organizational management and personnel planning.
- Strong quality awareness, organizational talent and a high degree of self-responsibility.
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally ERP systems.
- Good German and English skills both written and spoken for communicating with our international team and a head for heights round off your profile.

Responsibilities:
- As Maintenance Team Lead, you will manage the maintenance team, plan the shifts and the optimal deployment of technicians.
- You will also be responsible for the organization and smooth running of the workshop, including the availability of tools and machines.
- You will minimize stillstand times during maintenance and repairations in close cooperation and consultation with production.
- You will be responsible for the ordering, invoicing and the correct storage of required materials, as well as reporting on performance monitoring to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Other core tasks include finding and fixing errors and work disruptions, also documenting them accurately so that your colleagues can refer back to them later.
- You will contribute to continuous performance and process improvement and monitoring through regular reporting.
