Your responsibilities: As Maintenance Team Lead, you will manage the maintenance team, plan the shifts and the optimal deployment of technicians. You will also be responsible for the organization and smooth running of the workshop, including the availability of tools and machines. You will minimize stillstand times during maintenance and repairations in close cooperation and consultation with production. You will be responsible for the ordering, invoicing and the correct storage of required materials, as well as reporting on performance monitoring to ensure a smooth workflow. Other core tasks include finding and fixing errors and work disruptions, also documenting them accurately so that your colleagues can refer back to them later. You will contribute to continuous performance and process improvement and monitoring through regular reporting. You bring along: A successfully completed technical training, ideally in the field of mechanics, electronics or a comparable qualification or several years of relevant professional experience, further trainings as a technician or master craftsman is of advantage. Preferably you have several years of experience in organizational management and personnel planning. Strong quality awareness, organizational talent and a high degree of self-responsibility. Confident handling of MS Office and ideally ERP systems. Good German and English skills both written and spoken for communicating with our international team and a head for heights round off your profile.
