About the role
Become the Team Lead of the Product Management team within our Business Group for Bipolar Discretes at Nexperia. The team takes up a central role in our department by being responsible for the product portfolio management, the innovation roadmap and the product launch and market introduction of new products.

This is your new job

  • Responsible for the product portfolio management (e.g. Product Life Cycle, spec definition, quality requirements, initial price setting)
  • Responsible for the innovation roadmap and creation of business cases for new products
  • Product portfolio positioning of existing Products as well as product launch and market introduction of new products
  • Responsible for business case execution and fulfillment
  • Competitor (portfolio) analysis as well as technology and application trend analysis, market investigations
  • Provide and initiate content for Marcom material and activities (incl. Datasheets and promotion materials)
  • Interface between marketing, development, quality, operations and all other departments of the Product Group RP8
  • Lead a team of Product Managers

This is you

  • Master’s degree or PhD in semiconductor device physics or electrical engineering
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in product management
  • Deep knowledge of discrete semiconductors product development as well as application know how of electronic hardware
  • Entrepreneurial approach with strong customer focus and service orientation
  • Good Communication and presentation skills, fluency in English
  • Analytical and structured work approach
  • Intercultural awareness and ability to work in international teams
  • Ability to take functional lead of cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel (10-15%)
  • Team leadership competences
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders on Executive level
