Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for the professional leadership and development of a team of approximately 15 employees.
• You manage, prioritize, and coordinate development tasks in the SAP environment.
• You actively participate in development projects (including ABAP, ABAP Cloud, SAP BTP).
• You are driving forward topics such as Clean Core, cloud transformation, and standardization.
• You ensure quality, best practices, and sustainable architectures.
• You work closely with other teams and at the interfaces to projects.
• You foster an open team culture with a focus on personal initiative and knowledge transfer.
