At TecAlliance, we believe in self-organized work and continuous development. As a Lead, you play a key role in empowering our teams in the Netherlands and Germany to achieve their objectives in a self-managed way.
You will support your team members in the domain VIO or VDS or PADS — consisting of Data Specialists and Senior Data Specialists—in developing their skills, taking ownership of their performance, and working productively and successfully. By fostering a culture of self-learning and self-steering, you help ensure that your team is optimally positioned for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting Target Setting & Alignment: Define clear targets, align them with other (global) departments, and ensure that all employees and teams understand their objectives. Foster a cooperative way of working to help teams achieve their goals.
  • Team & Resource Management: Take ownership of team results by overseeing resource planning, scheduling, budget planning, and daily operations. Ensure effective planning, reporting, and control of ongoing projects.
  • Process & Quality Optimization: Implement, adhere to, and continuously improve data production guidelines to secure high data quality and cost-efficient department output.
  • Employee Support & Development: Ensure that all current and newly referred individuals are properly assessed and receive high-quality, person-centered support.
  • Absence Management: Proactively manage employee absences with a strong focus on support and facilitating a smooth return to work.
  • Case Management Coordination: Maintain regular communication and collaboration with (external) case management to ensure effective support structures.

Qualifications:

  • Data Expertise: Deep understanding of data detection, processing, output management, and data quality approaches.
  • People Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage, guide, and support team members.
  • Team Motivation & Support: Inspire and motivate team members to achieve objectives, support their decision-making, and stand by them when needed.
  • Talent Placement: Ensure the right person is in the right role to maximize team potential and performance.
  • Workplace Culture: Foster a safe and inclusive work environment where individuals can be themselves and openly share feedback.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively in an international environment. German skills are a plus.
