Your tasks:

• You will lead, develop, and empower our team of approximately 5-6 people, consisting of software developers, product owners, and business analysts.
• You assess the technical feasibility, opportunities, risks, and impacts of decisions.
• You will shape the technical governance and ensure sustainable decision-making and accountability structures.
• You contribute to and are accountable for architectural and integration decisions vis-à-vis other teams.
• You promote collaboration between departments, development teams and partner companies
• within the Polarstern Group, thereby creating transparency.
• You will build and develop strong working relationships with our partners.
• You foster a shared understanding between departments, development teams, and partner companies.
• You will actively contribute your expertise and bring your experience
• to bear, particularly in technical matters, problem-solving, and cross-functional architecture and integration topics.
