Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. 1. 严格遵守车间各项规章制度 Strictly abide by various workshop rules and regulations. 2. 负责组织和召开班组例会，包含但不限于班前、班后会，安全/质量停止会议等 Be responsible for organizing and holding regular team meetings, including but not limited to pre-shift and after-shift meetings, safety/quality stop meetings, etc. 3. 负责所在区域内的安全管理工作，推进和监督班组安全作业 Be responsible for safety management in the area and promote and supervise the safe operations of the team. 4. 负责所在区域5S管理，确保班组5S工作正确执行并不断提升 Responsible for 5S management in the region to ensure that the team’s 5S work is correctly implemented and continuously improved. 5. 负责所在区域质量管理工作，确保班组员工操作严格按SWES执行，并监督落实过程质量管理 Responsible for the quality management work in the region, ensuring that team members operate in strict accordance with SWES, and supervising the implementation of process quality management. 6. 负责班组成本管控，如工具辅料领取，PPE发放管控 Responsible for team cost control, such as receiving tools and auxiliary materials, and controlling PPE distribution. 7. 负责班组区域内持续优化工作，提出并推进持续改善，提高效率，降低成本 Responsible for the continuous optimization work within the team area, propose and promote continuous improvements, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. 8. 合理调配资源，确保准时完成生产任务 Allocate resources reasonably to ensure production tasks are completed on time. 9. 具备班组区域内全部岗位技能，并能在突发异常情况下随时顶岗作业 Be with all job skills within the team area and be able to work at any time in unexpected situations. 10. 具备班组辅助作业能力，如物料领取，生产准备等 Ability to support team operations, such as material collection, production preparation, etc. 11. 准时完成领导交代的其他工作任务 Complete other tasks assigned by the leader on time.
