Responsibilities: Establishing, administering, and directing the Montana Assertive Community Treatment (MACT), a self-contained clinical team which assumes responsibility for directly providing needed treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to identified clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses. Supervising and evaluating the multidisciplinary team in conjunction with appropriate psychiatric and physical health support to ensure service excellence and courteous, helpful, and respectful services to program clients. Ensures coordination and integration of health care goals into treatment. Directing the day-to-day clinical operations of the MACT/Health Team including scheduling of staff work hours to ensure appropriate coverage for day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts and on-call hours. Leading the daily organizational staff meetings and treatment planning meetings. Evaluating the status of clients and does appropriate planning and coordination of treatment activities to ensure immediate attention to their changing needs. Represents the agency in public meeting and engages community stakeholders. Excited to join our organization?AWARE team leads earn $80,000.00 per year. Requirements Talents, skills, and abilities: BA/BS degree in Public Health Services, Human Services, Non-profit Management, business Management or any other related field. One-year experience in administrative and program management, and experience in health-related field An advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, or related field as well as a current professional license or candidate license is not required but preferred. Knowledge of applicable State of Montana administrative rules and policies, program design, program outcome and strategic planning. Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders. Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions, and for career counseling and guidance.
