We are seeking a talented engineering leader to play a pivotal role in the engineering operations of Lalamove EU.As a Team Lead/Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end engineering operations support and development activities for the Lalamove EU market. Your success in this role will depend on your close collaboration with various Engineering teams, local operations, product managers, and infrastructure teams.
You will lead the local EU engineering team, including external consultants, to provide comprehensive technical support for our EU operations and contribute to application and monitoring functionality development. This position requires alignment with the Engineering team at HQ for resource planning, task management, and execution. A hands-on approach to solving technical issues related to the EU data center and operations is essential.
