At 4flow, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Team Lead / Manager Workday (d/f/m) to optimize and enhance our Workday HCM and FIN modules.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the daily operations and strategic development of Workday HCM and FIN systems, ensuring high service and performance.
  • Identifying and addressing complex support issues while customizing Workday solutions to align with business needs.
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to optimize Workday functionalities and aligning them with business objectives.
  • Leading and coordinating projects related to new Workday releases, system updates, and integration.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and external data security and governance requirements.
  • Driving process efficiency through reporting, analytics, and automation within Workday.
  • Organizing and delivering training sessions for key users and end users to enhance system adoption and effectiveness.
  • Strengthening internal communication and visibility of Workday functionalities across the organization.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with strong leadership skills and deep expertise in Workday. You should bring:

  • A degree in business administration, human resource management, business informatics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM and/or FIN, including system configuration, management and integrations.
  • Strong background in process design, project management, and business process optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday security models, reporting tools and interfaces.
  • A proven track record of leading teams and managing projects.
  • Workday training and certifications are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a structured, hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across all levels in an international environment.
  • Fluency in English.
