Your Shift Night shift 4:00 pm to 4:30 am-3 days per week Sunday-Monday-Tuesday Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead Manufacturing to join our innovative manufacturing team in Salt Lake City, United States. As a key member of our organization, you will lead and inspire a team of skilled professionals, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes. Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production schedules and optimal resource utilization Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety Participate in strategic planning to align manufacturing goals with organizational objectives Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain partners to optimize production flow Troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues and implement effective solutions Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in manufacturing processes Qualifications 3 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating manufacturing teams Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and best practices Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization Proficiency in project management and production planning tools Solid understanding of quality control systems and safety standards in manufacturing Experience with supply chain management and inventory control Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights Visionary mindset with a passion for driving innovation in manufacturing processes Additional Information We are an equal opportunity employer.
