REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed studies in economics, social or natural sciences, or a related discipline
  • Min. 3-5 years of digital product experience, with a strong affinity for working at the intersection of product and technology
  • First leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
  • Strong interest in market modeling principles and advanced comprehension of research methods
  • Experience in development of largely automated data analyses (forecasts, optimization algorithms, and other analysis methods) to support business decisions
  • Advanced Python proficiency, including the ability to develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and experience in database management and optimization
  • Identification, conceptualization, implementation, and evaluation of generative AI solutions for intelligent business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a motivated, stable, and high-performing environment
  • Quantitative modeling and forecasting of global advertising, media, and eCommerce market developments with Excel and Python-based models
  • Identify strategic topics and drive content and product development initiatives
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, leveraging their insights
  • Execute cross-company projects successfully, ensuring proactive and tailored communication flows within and across departments
  • Provide technical guidance in data analysis, operations and AI projects, ensuring best practices, efficient architecture, and scalable solutions
