Extensive leadership experience, including direct management and mentorship of high-performing marketing teams; demonstrated ability to foster professional growth and team engagement. Deep expertise in the French or German media markets, including hands-on involvement in media planning, buying, and analysis; understanding of cultural and regulatory nuances is highly valued. Advanced analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, with a robust command of Excel, and experience leveraging tools such as SQL, BigQuery, or similar to extract, analyze, and interpret campaign data. Experience with advanced measurement and attribution methodologies such as media mix modeling, causal uplift modeling, geo-split analysis, incrementality testing, or experimentation to assess marketing effectiveness and guide strategy. Strong track record in media planning and performance analysis for streaming platforms (e.g., Amazon Prime, Netflix, YouTube), with an ability to integrate learnings from evolving digital and video ecosystems. Proficiency in programmatic media buying and a strong understanding of data-driven audience targeting, bidding strategies, and cross-channel integrations. Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is a significant asset. Able to translate complex insights for both technical and non-technical audiences and build strong internal and external partnerships. Proven agency and supplier relationship management, including contract negotiation, budget oversight, and performance evaluation to maximize value and delivery. Superior project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple high-stakes campaigns in a fast-paced setting while ensuring quality outcomes.
