In cooperation with our partners management, we are looking to hire an experienced and detail-oriented Team Lead Master Data Management (m/f/d). Our partner is a leading technology company that offers multiple services throughout every part of the world. In collaboration with your team, you will play a key role in ensuring that management decisions, such as budgeting, forecasting, service delivery, and maintenance, are supported by accurate, consistent, and timely data and information, minimizing commercial risks and conflicts. Tasks Lead, mentor and develop your team of data experts, delegate tasks, assign priorities, monitor workloads and foster a culture of accountability and enablement Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, incl. manufacturing, sales, supply chain, and business teams, to ensure that data collection, storage, and usage processes remain fully compliant, derive projects wherever applicable and delegate them to your team for implementation Identify and solve data quality issues and partner with business units to prevent those sustainably Present data quality metrics, KPIs and insights to management for further identification of future business opportunities Requirements You have a Bachelors’s Degree in IT, Data Science, Data Engineering or a related field and know You are an experienced team lead, know how to lead, motivate and develop your team of tech experts You know and understand how to leverage data in a business context, are experienced in data management and engineering, ideally with a focus on data quality in an industrial/ manufacturing environment You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis You provide strong communication and leadership abilities and you are fluent in English, whereas German is a plus We highly value your individual qualifications and experience.
