Description
Overview Lead the Process Maintenance Team to execute Mechanical Maintenance plans with an optimum mix of Time-Based Maintenance, Condition Based Monitoring, Periodic Overhauls in Process as well as ensuring Spares availability for lines (PC50, PC32, KK & Cheeto) essentially leading to systematic downtime reduction. Will also be responsible for leading the CILT, TPM & KAIZAN Programs in Process and will be providing support & close coordination for Projects Execution in Process. Responsibilities The incumbent shall be responsible for upkeeping and ensuring operational condition of aforementioned equipment through regular mechanical maintenance (Condition-Based, Time-Based and Preventive). The incumbent shall be working as Coordinator for the Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication and Tightening (CILT) Pillar of TPM. The incumbent shall be responsible for Developing the Mechanical PM Calendar and ensuring execution of plans (TPM / CBM / Periodic Overhaul) as per Maintenance Calendar. The incumbent shall be responsible for performing Data analysis of the breakdowns, Root cause analysis to identify and execute DT reduction projects. The incumbent shall set up Condition Based Maintenance System to include vibration analysis, temperature logging and load recording. Lead Mechanical skill enhancement and competency development agenda inline with TNA, development and cascading of modules to all POs & Mechanical Artisans (Process). Manage and develop third party mechanical maintenance teams and contractors responsible for mechanical maintenance and projects in Process Area. The incumbent shall be able to drive Continuous improvement in Process measured in terms of downtime reduction and efficiency improvement. The incumbent shall be responsible to overlook and ensure availability of Process spares and drive cost and inventory optimization initiatives. The incumbent shall be responsible for driving the SAP PM Agenda for Process by scheduling & closing all PM Work Orders, reconciling all DTs and Technical Utilization. The incumbent shall be responsible for driving the PEMM Agenda for Engineering in general and Process in particular. Maintain and Implement AIB standards with the aid of Food Safety Manager. Ensure all requirements of the safety policies are adhered too. Support Maintenance Managers on day to day jobs and fill in for them when on leave. The incumbent shall be responsible to learn & comply with EHS, HR / IR / ER and Food Safety regulations & Principals. Qualifications Bachelor's of Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics/Industrial) with 1-2years of experience
