Description

Position: Team Lead Primary Objective of the position: Work in coordination with the Manager / Dy Manager on projects & SFA assignments such as, Bills of Materials, Electro-Mechanical Enclosure Designs, Chillers, Creo Modelling, Drafting, Change Order Process and meeting the required quality levels set by the organisation. Job Description: 12-15 years of experience with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering 3-4 Years Of Experience in a Team Leader role is a plus Sheet metal Design & New Product Development Experience is a Must 3-4 Years of Sheetmetal Manufacturing Experience Is Required Excellent Command of 3D Modeling, Assembly And 2D Drawings Using PTC Creo Experience in BOM, Engineering Change Orders and familiarity with CAD standards Excellent Project Management Skills Are Required Experience with Electro-Mechanical Enclosure Products, such as Server Rack Cooling systems, is preferable Ability To Lead Multiple Projects and Provide Technical Guidance For 8-10 Engineers Work closely with the cross-functional teams, like Business Units (BUs) & Manufacturing Plant teams Good Knowledge of FMEA, Design Review Process, Design For Manufacturing & Assembly Working In a Global Engineering Environment Is an Added Advantage Strong Leadership, People Management And Team Development Skills Are Required Must have Excellent written & verbal communication
