- Lead the validation and improvement of data quality, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve inconsistencies.
- Plan and assign tasks to team members based on their skills and project priorities.
- Promote engagement, problem-solving, and solution implementation while guiding the team to maintain a productive and harmonious work environment.
