To be successful in this role you will have:

• Prior Operational Mission Planning Systems experience across multiple IT disciplines ideally with 3+ years’ experience in similar roles.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to effectively manage a team of Mission Planning Specialists and System Administrators.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to a broad and diverse audience.
• Experience within a classified Defence environment (Desirable).
• Ability and Willingness to gain up to Top Secret (Positive Vetting) Security Clearance
