KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field — or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3–5+ years of experience leading digital projects or cross-functional teams
• Deep familiarity with digital product development lifecycles and agile methodologies
• Experience with client-facing roles, from discovery through delivery
• Ability to define project scope, manage budgets, and drive timelines
• Strong business acumen and customer service instincts
• Comfortable with performance tracking and interpreting data trends
• Skilled with project management tools like Jira, Google Drive, or similar platforms
• Experience working with distributed teams across time zones
