Join us to build the future.    Your Impact  As a Team Lead for our Modular Assembly teams, you will work alongside our teams while providing coaching and mentorship to team members while helping to ensure that production runs smoothly and quotas are met. Our Modular product line is a critical part of our company's growth, and this role will help with ensuring quality and efficiency in its production.   Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities  * Lead, train, and mentor Assembly Associates to uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards. * Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and 5S principles. * Monitor and enforce safety protocols and company policies on the shop floor. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects. * Inspect and maintain welding equipment to ensure proper operation. * Document work performed and report any issues or delays to management.   Qualifications  * Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. * High school diploma or GED required. * Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. * High attention to detail with the ability to follow through on assignments and work independently. * Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to train others and lead projects with minimal oversight. * Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
