JOB TITLE: NIGHT SHIFT TEAM LEAD

Location: Mississauga, Canada
Shift: Sunday night to Thursday night, 10 pm to 6 am (flexibility needed)
Pay Rate: $22 per hour, with a $1.25 premium for night shift work

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Team Lead to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of MHE operators during the night shift, ensuring efficient and safe operation of warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will be experienced and certified with operating Forklifts.

REQUIREMENTS:

· MHE certification on Reach Truck (Crown preferred), Dock Stocker, and Walkie required
· 2-4 years of previous experience operating MHE equipment in a warehouse environment
· 3-5 years of previous experience as a Team Lead in a warehouse environment
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
