The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The Purchasing unit is the interface to the supplier market and is thus responsible for a large part of the value creation. The responsibilities range from raw material purchasing to supplier management and plant purchasing to value engineering.

You are a skilled and motivated Procurement Manager ? You will be overseeing purchasing activities within the IT and operational materials domain. This position plays a key role in managing the procurement of IT equipment and services, small parts orders (BTM/CTM), and operating materials that support our day-to-day business functions.

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT equipment, software and related services.
• Manage and develop the team.
• Handle purchasing of small parts orders (BTM/CTM) and operational materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and ensure complience with company policies.
• Monitor market trends, identify sourcing opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, operations and finance teams to understand requirements and align product strategies.
• Oversee vendor performance, manage escalations and adherence to contract terms.
• Implement and maintain procurement best practices, focusing on quality, risk management and sustainablility.
• Prepare and analyze reports on procurement activities, spend analysis and supplier performance.
