You will be part of the Group Operational Risk Management (“ORM”) Team to lead and enhance the governance activities and implementation of the Group Business Continuity Framework across Great Eastern. You will also lead and support the activities surrounding the implementation of a risk culture program for the Group. · Ensure effective communication, implementation and compliance of the Group ORM framework, risk policies and guidelines across the Group; · Lead the implementation and enhancement of the Group-wide Business Continuity Management (“BCM”) programme to ensure operational resilience, including review of Business Impact Analysis (“BIA”) and Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”); · Strengthen BCM awareness by designing, facilitating and conducting BCM trainings and exercises; · Lead independent review and challenge third party service providers’ BCP; · Lead and facilitate discussion on operational matters with the Crisis Management Team in an event of a crisis; · Support crisis management activities, including oversight on activation of plans; · Lead the activities around the implementation of Risk Culture initiatives and coordinate activities to achieve risk culture objectives in line with best practices; · Provide Group oversight activities, including the provision of support to local Risk Management, and ensure timely consolidation of information for group reporting and escalation to the Board Risk Committee and Management; · Support the implementation of Business Continuity Management system and related advisory to stakeholders; · Support on agenda or management of matters relating to Board Risk Management Committee; and · Drive ad-hoc initiatives within Great Eastern Group. · Degree Holder, with at least 12 years of relevant experience in operational risk management, business continuity management, preferably in the financial services industries; · Good working knowledge of risk management components such as third party risk management, vendor dependencies, risk governance, risk culture, reporting and systems; · Good written and oral communication skills with strong stakeholder management; · A proactive team player with good interpersonal and engagement skills and able to work independently; · Able to multi-task and meticulous; · Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office
